Blown away by the service! Great price!

Hands down the most reliable and dependable Auto Shop I've ever been to (considering 17 years of driving and countless auto shops after living across the country)! The mechanics/staff really care about giving you great service and not just trying to nickel and dime you like a lot of other auto shops I've been to.

I first came for a tire change due to a small tear in my tire but after looking at the tire, the mechanic suggested I patch up the tear instead of spending hundreds of dollars on a new tire. I mean, who does that?! I came a few weeks later for another tire tear in my wife's car (damn DC potholes) and they recommended the same thing! AND they gave me a July 4th Special even though I went on July 2nd!

Note: They offer military discount and they're super military friendly :)

They took me in without an appointment and had me on my way in under half an hour for a very fair price. Thank you!!!

Went here yesterday for an oil change and alignment. The price of oil change if you bring your own oil and filter is $20; it's a good deal. The last time I got this done, April 2018, everything went well. This year, however, since I was also getting an alignment, the tall mechanic--I don't know his name--decided to also do the oil change. I didn't think anything of it until when I went over to his station to tell him to make sure to replace the supplied ring for the oil drain screw, which came as part of the oil filter kit, I noticed he is mucking around with the engine compartment under body cover. He had taken off the entire cover. I thought this is something related to alignment, but it suddenly dawned on me that there's no need to take that cover off, for neither alignment nor oil change. I figured he doesn't know how to get to the oil drain screw under the car, so he took the whole cover off and was in the process of putting it back when he realized that there is a door for that purpose built into the cover, thus realizing his mistake. He played it as if I'm prying too much and that he's annoyed at how there are so many screws for the cover. I was furious, so I complained to the owner in the office. He gave me some BS that "he knows what he's doing, etc." Realizing that none of them except the mechanic who changed my oil last year--can't recall his name---performs an oil change well, I went over to remind the alignment dude to replace the ring on the oil drain screw. He mumbled something to the effect of "leave me alone, I know what I'm doing" type of attitude.

I let it go. When all was "done," I paid the balance and left.

Buyers beware, don't let the tall alignment mechanic change your oil. He seems to be fine with respect to performing alignments, but that's about it.

Nixing 1 star for poor service. I will reassess this shop's service after future visits. Stay tuned.

Needed something quick. Caught a flat on I-495 just before Eisenhower Ave and did a quick Google search for the closest spot I could get towed to. Didn't realize there was no spare in the vehicle. Ugh....

Ordered a local tow guy I know who got to me in 40 min rather the the (typical) 1.5-2 hours Allstate Motor Club is talking.

Spoke with Anthony on the phone at the location who had the tire pulled and everything ready for me upon arrival. It's a small family owned shop with only two bay lifts. Limited seating inside for 4 patrons. A flat screen on the wall. You really feel like you're doing business in a large closet - but hey, they're fast and efficient. After a 20 minute wait, they got right to my truck and had me outta there inside of 30 minutes.
They sell new & used tires. I got a new tire from a manufacturer I've never used but I didn't care since it'll become that missing spare by this time next week. Spent $128 + $70 on the tow. Not thrilled but I made lemons into lemonade best I could.

In keeping with the citrus theme set forth, these guys made things....
Eazy Peezy Lemon Squeezey....and I was on my way.

I was looking for tires at a reasonable price as my Goodyear tire suffered a nasty blow out. Beltway Discount Tire was just the ticket. The place is small but it offers good deals and they stand behind their work and products.

I needed brake work on my 2013 RAV 4. A friend recommended Beltway Tires to me. I am so glad my friend told me about this place. This is where I will bring my car when I need work on it in the future.

After Yates in Kingstowne said my tire couldn't be repaired because of some nonsense they spouted in order to sell me a tire, I went to Yelp & found this place. Not only were they able to patch my tire in under 15 minutes for $30, they also asked who the scam artists were that said it couldn't be fixed. I will definitely check here first from now on.

Fast service just past wilson bridge in Virginia the owner is very generous he works very methodically and can negotiate a little if you need help. I recommend if your local and need a quick tire. Call ahead to make sure he has your size.

You know what is a terrible time for a slow tire leak to turn into a more than slow tire leak? The day before you go on a long weekend vacation and you still have to pack.

    Ahhhhh!

    *breathe*

As I started to panic on my way home, a relatively nearby tire place was recommended to me, this place! I called and they said, as long as I got there before 5:30, I would be ok. Perfect! My ETA was 5:10.

Cue Van Dorne at commuting hours. Son of a biscuit that traffic tried me. But I prevailed and got there at about 5:22.

Service was friendly and quick! I was in and out of there in about 15 minutes. No wait. Was glorious.

If you're hungry, there's a New Zealand savory (and sweet) pie place a two minute walk in the same little industrial plaza. I was hungry.

When it comes to auto shops, I must admit, I have trust issues. The good news is, these guys passed my test when it comes to patching tires (did it twice) and ultimately replacing the tire they patched. The prices are fair like my baby boys skin and if you show up when they open you can be in and out in under 15 minutes! McDonalds has trouble beating that!

So i know very little about my car and its maintenance. I just find places that know what they are doing. Yesterday a warning light comes on. I consult my trusty Toyota manual and realize its low tire pressure. Ok cool. So maybe I just need air. The air does not work! The light is still on. In fact, as I'm fumbling with the air hose in the dark, I see a tiny silver thing on top of my tire. Could this be a nail?!? I'm super nervous but head home, go on Yelp and discover Beltway tire.

I drive down the next morning, just before noon and explain what's going on. They tell me it will be about a 30 min wait because there are a few people in front of me. Shortly after, one guy comes back out and attempts to see if the nail has gone through the tire or not. It has! He explains they will have to pack from the inside and give me a very reasonable price. Not 5 mins after they are letting me know that I can pull the car up and they can start work on it. 5 mins later. They are done!

The mechanic also checked the pressure for all my tires and evened it out. They were quick, reasonably priced and friendly. I'll definitely come back if I have another issue.

Had a puncture that needed needed to be repaired from the inside out. I went to a lot of shops that turned me away because they couldn't perform the specific service. Not only was Beltway Discount Tires able to do it, they were quick. Highly recommend this honest shop and plan on going back to replace my tires!

I got a puncture in my tire and it turned out to be unrepairable. After researching different places, I found the size tire I needed in this area isn't commonly available. I ended up ordering tires from TireBuyer and having them delivered to Beltway Discount Tires for installation.

I chose Beltway Discount Tires because of the very high marks it's received on Yelp and other reviewing sites.

When the tires arrived a few days later, I received a call stating the tires had arrived. The man with whom I spoke let me know that work is done on a first come, first serve basis and that this location does not take appointments. I had a few other things I couldn't move around that day, so as soon as I could, I headed there.

Simply, this place is a tire/brake shop. It isn't fancy or filled with coffee and vending machines. If you need these extra amenities, this is not the shop for you. There are about three or four (comfortable) chairs in the waiting area, where you sit and wait, without wifi. Bring a book!

I honestly don't know if the pricing is the highest or lowest in the area, but it was in the ballpark of what I was expecting. Also, the clerk was pleasant and upfront; I didn't get upsold for other things. After the tire installation and alignment was finished, I received printout showing the before and after alignment results. The work receipt is a simple, handwritten paper as well.

At first, I didn't think that I would like that I couldn't make an appointment. It turns out to be a good thing-- the people who want their vehicle serviced come; there is no lag time waiting for someone with an appointment who didn't show up.

All in all, I would certainly return here with no hesitation!

A few pointers: (A) the parking lot is very small and shared with other businesses, all of which are very protective of their respective spots. Go straight to the clerk and ask where he wants you to park. (B) As mentioned above, bring your own entertainment (C) Credit Cards are accepted. (D) This shop CLOSES at 5.30pm M-F, contrary to what Yelp may post. Do not wait until 5.30 to ARRIVE; this is when the shop closes. You will be turned away- I saw the clerk politely tell three different people that no more customers were being accepted that day. The workers need to finish and have lives, too!

Monday, my coworker said " I'm gonna have to insist you do something about your bald ass tires"
I checked them when I got home....I looked at them...and when I touched them...they made me bleed.
    Literally.
So I checked Yelp for a place near work.
    I picked this one.
I called at 8 AM Tuesday morning. They didn't speak to me like I was a girl. AUTOMATIC 3 stars. THEY told ME what size tire I needed, told me they were in stock, and told me the EXACT PRICE including ALL fees, and tax. Up to 4 stars.
I got there, there was no wait.
    No one was creepy.
The price, was, in fact...what they quoted me.
They explained what they did (I also got an alignment). I got a printout of before and after the alignment.
The man that worked on my car was lovely.
    I shook his hand.
He had a beautiful genuine smile.
    FIVE STARS ALL DAY LONG.

I came here solely based on the Yelp reviews. I was not disappointed. I had a screw in my tire and wanted to get it repaired. I had no intention of buying a new tire. They immediately checked out my tire upon my arrival and told me they could patch it up for $25. I was in and out in about 10 minutes. Awesome.

After having my tire plugged at a gas station, I still had to fill it with air once or twice a week, so I decided to get a used tire to replace it.
I called Beltway Discount Tires and they told me they had a tire in stock the right size and how much I would pay for it.
They were friendly, efficient and amenable people. I definitely suggest this place to anyone!
I've never bought a used tire before, so was a bit wary. When I pulled in, they came out and met me at my car to see what the issue was. They had me pull it straight into the bay and they immediately removed the tire. After examining my tire, they said that the plug job done by the gas station had put more holes into the tire than the metal rod I had run over had. The hole in my tire needed a patch, not a plug, which is why it was still leaking.
He also said that he hated to hear about gas stations taking advantage of customers. They suggested that instead of replacing the tire I had, it would be better to just patch the old tire. He said it would last the rest of the life of the tire better than buying a used tire. So instead of paying $60 for a used tire, I payed $30 for a patch.
They were friendly, efficient and amenable people. I definitely suggest this place to anyone!

Reviewers were right. This place is great, upfront on costs, and quick work. Hope I never have to visit them again but glad to have in my back pocket just in case.

I've had tires I purchased from TireRack.com installed on my car twice at Beltway Discount Tires. On both occasions they were awesome about getting my car in and out of the shop as quickly as possible and provided excellent work at or below the price quoted. Excellent service and great prices.

This place was awesome! My husband called one morning because we had a huge screw in our tire and they told him to bring it right over. When we got there, they met us at our vehicle immediately and started working on it. They were able to fix our issue, they were efficient, and charged a very fair price.
Another reason they are amazing: it started to rain while they were working outside on the vehicle and they hadn't realized our windows were down. My husband's side was dry enough to sit, but my side was soaked. While we were trying to figure out a good way to dry up all the water, the employee came out with a bunch of paper towels and apologized for not realizing our windows were down (our fault, not his).
It's hard to find honest AND caring people in this area and this place exceeded our expectations! Our tire is still going strong weeks later.

Blew a tire this morning, called in and asked for a quote. Best quote in Northern VA. When I pulled into the lot the service technician instantly began replacing the doughnut with a brand new tire. 115 brand new tire labor included. Mind blown at the service.

TLDR - go here, they will take care of your car without nickel and diming you.

I have nothing but good things to say about this place. I'd had an ongoing problem with my drivers side tire for my Scion TC for a few months that I was putting off getting looked at because I didn't want to spend a ton of money to replace the low profile tires. It was leaking air to the point where I was filling it almost weekly. I drove up on a whim one Saturday and they looked at the tire immediately. After doing a couple of tests, they were able to just reseal it and send me on my way for $30. They also told me that I could use their air for free if my tire started leaking again, and if I needed to replace it, they would subtract the price of the reseal from the cost of the replacement. Steve was extremely professional and didn't talk down to me (which is a huge pet peeve of mine, as a woman) about the problem. It's been 2 months and my reseal has held up great!

Small place and very friendly people. We had four tires changed for a good price. They got two chairs out so we could wait in the sunshine. The place must be good because cars kept coming all the time we were there.

Glad the guys at R&G Auto referred me to this place. Anthony was great, service was fast and easy and a third of the price from what the dealership shop quoted me. Will go back for any tire issues I have in the future and would recommend this place to anyone.

Experiences like these are why I love and trust Yelp.

I was living foul, driving on 4 cracking, bald tires. After noticing how horrible my tires were, I got in Yelp and looked up tire stores within the area and voila.... the yellow brick road led me here.

Based on the reviews, I was under the assumption, this is a straight forward place (which is rare in the auto business), with reasonably priced tires. The reviews were spot on.

I called in advance to see if 4 tires in my vehicles' size were available. I was placed on a brief hold and was advised my particular tire size wasn't available, but there were four tires in the next size up (a slightly wider width which offers more control). I was quoted a price, which included tax and I told them I'd be on my way.

Upon arrival I examined the tires, they were placed on my vehicle in under an hour, and guess what.... I paid exactly what I was quoted! No hidden fees, no tricks, just good, old fashioned, quality service.

This place was clutch, professional, and extremely up front with their pricing. It's worth every one of the 5 stars it's receiving from me.

To all the divas reading this who may not like the small waiting area- it's a true tire shop. Save the glitter and gold for someone else. This place is about it's business.

Came here because I had the misfortune of getting a screw in my tire. I looked for local spots on Yelp and they had pretty good reviews. I was in and out within 15 minutes. The price they quoted me on the phone was the same in person... no surprise fees - a plus!!

They were friendly and professional and worked fast. They even included a warranty so I could return should anything happen to my tire within the next couple of months. It's been over a month now and the tire still works as advertised. Thanks guys!!

I found this place after a rude interaction with someone at Mr. Tire on the phone. This place was GREAT! The guys who work here are very personable. The guy who I spoke with on the phone was a bit grouchy, but the guy who put my tires on was so nice, and the guy who did my alignment went out of his way to show me what he was doing, and even brought me back to see an oil leak under my car, and suggested that I take it to have it looked at. He said I still had oil, it wasn't a major leak, but to still have it checked out. He even checked my brakes and said they were ok. This place doesn't look like much from the outside, but I was VERY pleased and happy with my experience. The prices were great too! I will definitely go back and I would definitely recommend them!

Excellent Tire shop !!! You can get new and used tire from them at a very reasonable price!! They took care of my BMW / Hyundai and Prius!! Been a customer for over 7 years. Same Owner and 2 same tech every time. Very honest technician. There are few times i brought my car in thinking of needing some wear and tear replacement and after they check it out and tell me its not needed. You don't get that kind of honest service anywhere anymore... !!

Great shop. The guys who work here are professional and kind. Their prices are great and you couldn't ask for better service.

I had previously gone to Wiygul Automotive because one of my tires had a slow leak in it. They couldn't find where it was coming from somehow after having my car for 6 hours. I took my car in today from a friends recommendation and Steve was able to patch two of my tires very quickly. I appreciate how friendly and honest he was! Thanks Steve!

I've been in need of new tires for awhile now. I popped in and had four new tires on my Jeep within about an hour. They only had four tires on hand, so they kept my spare overnight. The next morning when the spare was ready and I drove over to pick it up. They were ready for me when I arrived and had me on my way in less than two minutes.

The folks were very friendly and didn't try to "upsell" me on anything. They asked about how my Jeep had been driving to assess whether an alignment was needed - no need for an alignment and they didn't push the issue. They informed me that my front and rear brakes were in good shape. All of this is refreshing because auto shops seem to always try to add on "necessary" services or parts.

Quick turnaround, friendly service. It's a small shop so they don't have a lot of tires on hand if you pop in like I did, but if you want something specific you can order it and they'll install. Very pleased overall.

  • *****

Great service. Honest. Bought tires on Tire Rack, had them shipped here, and they installed them. Very happy so far. Technician suggested all wheel alignment, and showed the reason, which was odd wearing of tires; I went for it. The new tires, balancing, and alignment make driving my car a joy again.

I will come back for sure, and will most likely get an oil change here as well, instead of at the dealership.

  • *****

So glad I didn't listen to the dealership when they said a nail in my tire was going to cost me 275, a new tire. I was in and out of here in 15 minutes, with a patched tire. A++

quick, fast and good service. new/used tires with decent tread and decent price. visited this location on many occasions since we have several vehicles.

They earned five stars and a return customer. Customer service was excellent. No disgruntled employees here, just friendly people helping you solve your tire problems.

I came in for an alignment, rotation, and balance. My 01 GP had developed a nasty front end wobble at about 60 mph. It's got about 210,000 on it but with a new suspension, inner/outer tie rod ends, and control arms, this is something that a good balance and alignment should fix. I accept perfection on a 16 year old car is not a likely scenario but close is preferable.

It only took about two hours to accomplish all three things. I got her on the interstate and up to speed, no wobble. I did notice a nasty tendency for her to pull to the right. This isn't something I wanted to deal with on long commutes, it becomes a serious annoyance.

The next day, curious if there was anything that could be done I dropped in and asked the question. Immediately, a technician jumped in the driver seat with me riding shot gun to verify the issue. No excuses, he said, "Yup, it's pulling to the right." An issue sometimes caused by old tires having been significantly worn. This is was most definitely the case, my tires only have about 10,000 miles left on them but I want to keep them until winter.

He pulled it into the shop, tested the alignment a second time. He asked me to take it back out and see how it drove. The pull was less severe but significant enough I wanted them to rotate the tires again, putting the less worn tires up front.

After the swap, it drove beautifully. There's no pull, no wobble and most importantly a very satisfied customer. An additional thank you to the technician who didn't hide in the shop. He was upfront, honest and very professional.

Thank you! I'll be back for my next set of tires.

    Matt

This place is great! Simply amazing I have a BMW with runs flat tires that everyone says they can't repair well they repair and do an amazing job while I waited. They weren't busy, they were very friendly very FAIR in price!

Best decision I made today was checking to see if it could be fixed rather than purchase a new tire!

So if you have a slow leak, a nail or just need a tire, try this place first - small business is the best business to support!

Five starts are not enough I had TWO nails an they patched both with no issues!!!

Thank you thank you thank you for being honest fair and great service!

10x better than Merchant tires. More honest and cheaper and faster.

I had a warranty for my tires at Merchant, so I took my leaky tire there to be fixed. They lied and said that my leaky tire plus another non-leaky one had leaks that couldn't be repaired and the tires needed to be replaced.

I didn't believe them, so I found Beltway on yelp and went there. Beltway was able to repair the leaky tire, and CONFIRMED that the non-leaky tire was not leaking. Yay for honesty!

I am honestly excited to give my first five star review; will I get a Yelp gift or something (swag maybe?), nah, just kidding (sort of).

So, I feel like one of the unspoken rules of the road is, if you are at a red light in the far right lane, and you are trying to turn right, and the person in front of you has the ability to scooch up, then they should let the driver behind them get enough room to turn right. Well, the driver in front of me did not scooch up, I did not wait and my tire hit the right curb as I was trying to turn right and seconds later I was pulled over with a flat tire. To self: "That's what you get for not being patient!"

Well, I called Beltway Discount Tires asked if they had my tire (used) on site, the guy put me on hold for less than a minute, came back and said they did. He quoted me 50 bucks. I went there after work, there was no line, he showed me tires that were my size, told me which ones were the best and put it on in less than 20 minutes. It cost...'drumroll please'...50 bucks. The guy that worked on my car also checked and topped of the air in all my other tires.

30 day guarantee and the guy came to my window as I was backing out to make sure my emergency light went off. It was true, honest business. I highly recommend.

Took my mother's car here to have four tires balanced and installed. Anthony and Steven were very nice to work with. The service was quickly finished at a reasonable price. Very happy to return again.

Let's start with the bottom line here. This is a now frills or thrills Tire Shop. If you want a sexy lobby with all the amenities, then go to your dealership. However: if you want superb customer service, experts on tire management/products/advice, fair pricing, and most importantly - a HONEST assessment of your situation - this is the place for you.

Our rear tire on a 1-year old vehicle with 15K miles on it surprisingly started losing air over the weekend. I went through the annoying process of filling it up with air 2-3 times until Tuesday morning when we settled on Beltway Discount Tires. My wife read the Yelp reviews and we decided to give it a shot. I went in the rain with my 1-year old daughter. Anthony greeted us and was so polite to my young daughter. Again, no frills...just tires. He assessed the problem, found a suitable tire replacement (would have had to order the exact tire) and got us up on the jack in 10 minutes. Here is where you really understand the value of a hidden gem like this...
Steven whom was working on our vehicle pulled Anthony back into the shop for a moment. All the while my daughter and I sat on the couch reading books. Anthony returned to inform me that it was simply a nail puncture in the middle of the tire (a 2inch long, 1/4inch wide piece of steel). All that was needed was a $35 patch! WHAT? Beltway Discount Tires saved me $144 on a replacement tire by doing a patch!? The entire process lasted 20 minutes.

Now that right there is customer service led by honesty and integrity. If I have a tire issue EVER AGAIN...I'm going to ONE place in Northern Virginia. Beltway Discount Tires. They do tires and they do customer service even better.

    Thank You!

I had extremely low tire pressure in one of my tires, and suspected a leak. The shop confirmed that I had a nail in my tire, and fixed it within minutes for a very reasonable price. They also re-balanced my tires, which was nice. Hopefully I don't get another nail in any of my tires, but if I do, I will definitely go back!

Came here after multiple Costco failures! These guys were super friendly and got my tire patched up in less than 20 min. Great service and even got a free dog wall calendar!

  • *****

Quick, cheap, and easy. No frills tire shopping.

  • *****

In and out. 20 min. Lowest price

  • *****

They checked my tires and determined the only problem I had was wildly different pressures. Paid $40 for the check-up, which was done promptly even though other cars were waiting. Great place. As others have said, they're in a crowded corner of a strip mall/industrial park, but don't let that stop you from going. Top notch service and WAY better than the mega-chains like NTB.

  • *****

    Friendly, quick, reasonably priced.

  • *****

Their professionalism and prices cannot be matched, two tires changed 20 mins later I'm out!!!

YELP is where I go to check out business reviews. This place is the best! I found this place a few years ago, and have been coming back since. The people are super friendly and they work fast! :) I had tires replaced here on at least 2 of my cars and oil changes done as well. Their prices are very reasonable. I've had GREAT service from day one and I'll keep coming back!

  • *****

The owner was extremely nice and helpful, truly a no frills, upfront experience, he didn't try to screw with the price and got a full set of tires on in under 30 minutes with no appointment

  • *****

Getting new tires isn't supposed to be this quick, easy and reasonable. After shopping around, they were the cheapest and had the best Yelp rating in the area. I called yesterday to order four new tires. Beltway Discount Tire had them today and installed them in less than an hour. They even reduced the agreed upon price by $100 after one of their tire distributors was able to get them the tires cheaper than expected. The mechanic who installed my new tires seemed genuinely proud of doing quality work. You might be able to find a little cheaper if you really try, but you won't likely find better.

  • *****

Honest, fair and helpful. These guys are just as good as the brand names at 1/2 the cost. It actually makes me angry when I leave Beltway Tire and realize that their work is just as good as the service shop I used to go to where I paid more money.

  • *****

No frills. Honest prices and work. If all you have is a bad stem valve, they won't try to sell you a new set of tires!

  • *****

I found them after my left rear tire blew out. I went on Tire Rack and found them as a recommended installer and cross checked their high reviews on Tire Rack with Yelp. After my tires shipped in, they proactively called me and I quickly schedules an appointment.

I brought the car in and they immediately went to work. Anthony was forthright on the cost and it was a clear transparent transaction.

Great service and quick work. I highly recommend them.

Update: now I love this place even more. The day after I got the first tire fixed, my low pressure light was on again. I was pretty disappointed thinking the patch hadn't held. But by the time I got to the shop, the front tire was totally flat. Another nail-- who gets two nails in two days?! They checked both tires to be sure the other one was sound, and patched the front. It must have taken them an hour bc the hole was very small, but I was still only charged the same $25 as they charged for the quick patch two days prior. Bonus, they let me two year olds keep the magazine they liked, and gave them a free snack. We will be back next time we need tires fixed!

First review: My tire was leaking air but I couldn't see the cause. I took it here and was able to drive right in up to the garage without a wait. He quoted me $25 for a patch if it was patchable. Sure enough, there was a nail on the inside edge. I was even able to stay in the car while he looked at & fixed the tire, since he noticed I had my small kids with me-- big bonus since there's nothing to walk to in that lot! We sat there while he patched it up, and were on our way. We'll come back next time we need a patch, and may come here next time for a new set of tires.

SOOO I got ANOTHER flat tire, TWO times in less than SIX months. GAH so crappy. I found this place on yelp :)

I actually panic drove here because thunderstorms had started at work. It was KINDA hard to find but just know the address and follow the numbers.

When I arrived there were no cars in front of me, and they let me pull into the garage right away. The guy (Gah I wish I remembered his name. Maybe it was Scott or Peter?!?!) removed the tire from my trunk (I was on the spare) and he told me it would be $25 to patch. I thought I'd have to replace it because there was no visible nail/screw or tears but he said he'd find it. He tells me to wait in the office. I can see my car from the window inside, and within 15 mins, I see them mounting my tire back on. They repaired the tire from the inside, which BTW was what I had done last time, at another place. It cost double there for the same service. This was faster, and the people were super nice. Before leaving, they filled all my tires for me and sent me on my way.

I was seriously in and out in less than 20 mins.. By no means is this place fancy, but they get the job done for a good price.

I'll come back here, but I am hoping I don't run over any more nails. Maybe I'll get an Oil Change.

  • *****

Quick, honest service at a good price. I've taken my car in twice now - first for a 4-point alignment and then for a tire patch. No hassle or bs and the technicians know what they're doing.

Small business, great customer service!!! Very very nice folks and fine management. Would recommend to anyone, anytime, any day.

These guys are great- super fast and they always do a great job. I would recommend them to anyone. Call before, give them a heads up, and they will get you in and out in no time.

Quick and solid service! There were two people ahead of me, but I waited in their office/waiting area and did some work. Wasn't there very long at all. $30 to get a tire repaired (screw). They said they patched it from the inside. I'm pretty clueless about car repair but makes sense to me! I'd go back again if I needed to get a tire fixed.

  • *****

Great service and fast and reasonable price. Had to have a tire patched ($25) and now need another -definitely going back!

  • *****

I gotta give it to Robert. He did a great job, patient and good work ethnic.
Can't say the same thing with the other guy in the ponytail, but I know how it is to run a business, regardless he lacks a bit of professionalism.
Their used tires look like brand new and for a respectable price.
I will go there any day of the week rather than Midas and their $460 price on a single tire.

Great location, very friendly staff , great prices. The manager was kind enough to give me a ride home, which was awesome. No upselling or snake oil here, just honest service.

I bought snow tires though tire rack and had them delivered to this place. It's a hole in the wall and easy to miss, that said the staff is awesome. They were friendly, competent and had amazing reviews on line. I waited for about 20 minutes and they walked me though what they were doing, and even just chatted about random stuff with me. Tires is all they do, and they do it well. All in all I was out the door and paid less than I thought I was going to pay (according to mounting fees on tire rack web site). Small waiting room, no frills and in an industrial park, but knowing that they have one job and are awesome at it gives me piece of mind. I'll be back to mount my summer tires on again in the spring. Try these guys out.

    One word: easy.

I actually just got back home from having my tire fixed. The shop is located a few minutes away from Van Dorn metro on Eisenhower - it can be a little tricky to find because it's at the end of one of those industrial complexes. There were 2 people in front of me but they went through it quickly.

The owner/manager came out to greet me immediately and asked me what I needed. The back left tire had leakage issues and he said that they would check to see if they would patch it up first and if it wasn't fixable then they would replace it. He quoted me $25 for the patch.

I pulled up, one of the workers took out my tire and inspected it in front of me and found the nail that was embedded in a few seconds. He fixed my tire and put it back on my car, I paid and left - I spent maybe a total of 30 minutes (including waiting in line).

They offer oil changes, tire alignment, tire rotation, etc. all for reasonable prices.

Needless to say, I'll be coming back for all of my new tires later this year. I liked this location better than JC Tires on Richmond Highway - they had brand name tires on sale and is located in a quieter area.

  • *****

Quick, easy, professional and reasonably priced. It's no frills but who cares. They replaced all four tires in like 25 minutes I was impressed. I called and got same day service. A hidden gem near my home and I'm hoping they do oil changes too because I'm definitely coming back!

I purchased tires from Tire Rack and had them shipped to Beltway for installation. I'm not a person that needs his hand held so I checked on the tracking provided by Tire Rack and called Beltway when I noticed the tires had arrived. I confirmed that the tires were received and asked whether I needed to schedule an appointment. The gentleman explained that none was needed and it would only take about 40 minutes for the install if an alignment wasn't needed. I called the next day to see if it was okay to come in, same guy said to arrive in about an hour; he called back about five minutes later to say he had someone else cancel. I went in and realized I left my wallet at home but they agreed to do the work and have me return to pay, which is what I did. A no frills joint with a bunch of guys that seem to know what they're doing at a reasonable price. That's all I needed.

I'd been putting off replacing the tires of our '08 p.o.s. Honda CR-V. Decided to get it done today. Priced two larger chains first. Merchant had a Buy 2, Get Two Free offer, but a quick smartphone look-up suggested that their tire markup was 75% or more. And the labor to install & align was over $300. Curry's was more reasonable (under $200), but I'd have to wait 'til Monday to get the tires, and I've been driving around with a pump in the car to address slow leaks. Enter Beltway Discount. They had a budget-ish set of Goodyears which were plenty good enough, for less than they'd have cost online via T'Max. As well, they had the most reasonable labor charges for installation & alignment. And, as it was raining, the manager even offered to drive me to the local caf while I waited. (The shop's in a bit of a secondary industry wasteland.) Now I can take the pump out of the car & use it to inflate my bicycle tires. All in all, extremely satisfied.

I had recently refinished my wheels before bringing my car in for new tires (not very good timing on my part). The wheels are soft metal to begin with and I was concerned that they would be scratched. I also came in without an appt, so I was thinking it would take forever. Under 1.5 hours, they mounted, balanced and aligned all four tires, without a mark. Robert really knows what he's doing. He works quickly and does the job right, the first time with a smile on his face. This is my new favorite place for tires/brakes. Great customer service, quality work at a reasonable price. Forget Merchants... go here.

The men at Beltway Discount Tires are so honest and do such a wonderful job. Being a young woman who doesn't know much about cars it's very easy for me to get scammed. I (correctly) thought I was being scammed at Wiygul Tires after they tried to charge me over $250 to fix a popped tire so I brought it over to Discount. The guys not only fixed everything for under $100 but walked me through every step of the way to help ensure I don't get scammed again.

I am so grateful for their honesty and beyond impressed at the level of service I received.

My car Sequoia was in the shop, so I took my husband's new Corvette to pick him up at work.  I made a HUGE mistake and got on 395 during rush hour.  The GPS told me to get off at King Street so I had to make one of those idiot traffic maneuvers that you see DMV driver's make -- people were very kind recognizing I was not a local by my AZ plates and let me through.  But I had to drive over some junk in the road.  As we were rounding the exit ramp we heard psssssssssssssssst and watched the tire pressure system go to zero.

Our first thought was to take it to the dealer, but historically Chevy dealers don't always have the same opinion as tire shops, so we found Beltway Tires on Yelp.  We stopped to look at the tire and there appeared to be some sort of construction staple in it.

The car has runflat tires which means we just drove to the shop with 0 pressure in the tires.  It also means that ONE tire is about $350.  My husband is unhappy about the anticipated bill for at least one tire  and he is concerned that they need to be replaced in pairs, but I tell him to let the experts take a look.  Since his motto is don't panic until you have to, he just grit his teeth on the rush-hour (15-20 mph) drive over there.

He shows them the staple and they quote $50 to dismount the tire and fix the flat.  Sounds great!  They took us right in and got started.  Turns out the tire pressure sensor had somehow come loose and was allowing air to leak out.  They fixed the sensor, checked the tire under water to ensure there were no leaks coming from the staple (there weren't) and put it all back together and we got a bill for $25.

My Sequoia needs tires and I know where I am going to replace them!!!

I had a slow leak in my tire. I went here and got it checked out. The guy was trying to help me out and see if the tire could be patched but it couldn't. He did find me a used tire in good condition. The price wasn't ridiculous and the service was amazing.

  • *****

Wasn't sure what to expect since it's not the actual "Discount Tires" store, but this place rocked and the staff was just friendly as could be.  No flashy show, no lies or deceit. They showed me the tires in the rack, quoted a great price and had my car in and out no problem.  Complete confidence. I know it all sounds too good to be true, but I just found my new tire guys.  Can't wait to bring my other car in for some new shoes!!

I had a great experience here. I ordered my tires online and had them drop shipped directly to the shop. When I went in to have them installed, the tech got my car up right away and started to get to work. The manager came over and very tactfully asked if I was sure those were the tires I wanted because they were summer tires. I quickly checked on my phone and, yes, there was a one letter difference in the model designation between summer and all season tires for this brand and I must have added the wrong set to my order. I told him my mistake and he got the car down. I ordered the correct tires and arranged to have the wrong ones picked up when the new ones were delivered. Brought my car back when the arrived and they put them on quickly and for a reasonable price.

The manager could have just said nothing and put the tires I ordered on. After all, it wouldn't have been his fault, he didn't choose or recommend the tires. And 6 months later when I was slip-sliding away in snowy weather I would have realized my mistake. I really appreciated that he saw a potential issue and took the time to confirm with me even though he really had nothing to gain or lose by doing so.

I will go back to them for tires on all my cars.

Ordered my tires online and had them shipped here for installation. I was told over the phone that I could get an alignment for $89 so I went ahead and scheduled one. The place is totally "no frills" but the three employees that I interacted with were all very nice. I had run over some kind of metal thing on 495 the day before and the seam of my front passenger tire area had been ripped apart. I asked if they could maybe pop it back in for me and they did!! I was told that the 4 tires installation and alignment would take 2 hours and they finished with 15 minutes to spare. Also, when I got the bill I was charged exactly what I was told up front they would charge - they fixed my 495 battle scar for free! Highly recommend!

I have been going to Beltway Discount Tires for probably 6 years or so. Two months ago I took my 2008 Pilot there for new Firestone Tires and got good value and service. Yesterday I went for rear brake service, my 60,000 mile service among other odds and ends. They did a great job. I feel they are honest and provide good value. I will continue to use them.
